Property Extensions

What type of extension can we help with?

• Orangery: A brick structure with large windows and a flat roof with a glass lantern. 

• Porch: A small extension to the front of the house, but can also be built to the side or back. 

• Rear extension: A simple extension that extends from the back of the house into the garden. This is often used for properties that don't have a side return. 

• Side return extension: Uses the space down the side of the house. 

• Wrap-around extension: Extends both to the side and the rear of the house. 

• Double-storey extension: Extends two floors of the house, creating extra space upstairs and downstairs. 

• Sunroom extension: Similar to a conservatory, but with a full roof and the ability to connect to central heating. 

• Single-storey extension: A one-level extension that's usually added to the side or rear of the house. ​

• Over-structure extensions, Cellar or basement conversion.
